Most people, when they see a real estate listing, don't stop to think about the fact that an entire process went in to getting photos online. We really didn't either. Our founder spent time as a licensed Realtor and has seen first hand how crazy the price of getting great quality images for a listing has gotten out of control...... so he decided to do something about it.

When we formed Premier Home Shots we wanted to make it a place for Realtors and photographers to come together to create great shots at a fair price. The photographers on our page are not employees of ours. All of our photographers are contracted to work for you on our behalf, many of them actually own their own photography businesses. They meet with our clients, take great shots and then we take care of the processing and delivery of the final product. To get started scheduling your new listing shoot, simply click here (or "schedule new shoot" on the home page) and fill in the information about your shoot. You will have the ability to select your location, required services, date and time, as well as select which photographer you would like to use. On the day of your shoot, you and your photographer will both receive a notification reminder. After completing the shoot, your photographer will send their images to us, and our editing team with get right to work on processing your images. Final deliver is done within 24-48 hours. 

 

Once you have received your final delivery, you will receive a text as well as an email, simply click the link and you will be prompted for payment. Once the payment is complete, all images and videos can be downloaded directly to your computer.
